Ability to lead and work as part of a team Must have high learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills *Job Summary *This is a Business Analyst/Project Manager role that involves partnering with the Records Management Function in Research and Development to support and optimize Research records management capabilities. The key needs include; managing, analyzing, facilitating and coordinating the migration of records to a document repository, integration of an electronic lab notebook system with the document repository, support for records management tracking application, and supporting a new scanning vendor. Additionally, the resource will deploy the necessary infrastructure for the migration effort and new scanning vendor. Analysis is required to understand import needs for content transfer to a document and records management system. Lastly, the individual will support data cleaning and migrations related to legacy laboratory notebook and other research record systems. *Preferred: *Understanding of the Relational Database fundamentals, data interfaces, data conversion, and object-oriented analysis and design.
