A minimum of three years experience in web application design, development, and/or installation. Experience in the industry or in an environment whose scope, size, and complexity are comparable. Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions. Knowledge of current Enterprise Content Management and web technologies, tools, applications, and vendors. Knowledge of web development techniques and experience with web content management systems. Strong understanding of structured analysis and technical design concepts. Preferences: Technical knowledge with hands-on experience managing systems development in new and current computing architectures and environments. Working knowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware including Apache, J2EE, Java, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XML, javascript, and SQL is critical.
