*"Duties:
The primary responsibility will be to resolve Client's internal customer
helpdesk tickets on desktop and laptop computers. Required to work with a
team of IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop and
Symantec Corporation supported application issues. In addition diagnose,
troubleshoot and communicate with *firewall & network engineers to solve a
problem, as well as work with server administrators, and telecom groups to
assist with helpdesk tickets and assist other IT groups for their
coordination and resolution of customer issues. Participate with IT and
other departments for internal and team projects. *Great follow-up skills
with internal end-user customers required including IT management. Candidate
is required to have strong troubleshooting skills as well as knowledge of IT
technical and professional concepts to quickly resolving a wide range of
customer hardware and software issues within client's corporation..*

*Skills:
Good communication skills both verbal and written a must. Has the ability to
learn concepts from peers quickly, and share information with others, for a
constantly increasing and evolving knowledgebase. Prompt resolution of
problems in a timely manner with excellent customer service skills. Great
interpersonal skills are required. The candidate will be a self-motivated
performer with an attention to detail. A strong working knowledge of Windows
platform systems, Windows Active Directory/Server and of a networked
environment is required. Experience with Symantec Backup Exec, GoodLink,
Cisco VPN, Outlook email, Office suite, Remedy, WebEx software and Linux
/MAC support is a plus+. A+ certification preferred. Requires a high level
of understanding and ability to support Windows systems & applications
on-site and remotely as required.*

*Education:
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience required with 4 or more years
experience in desktop and laptop support*
