Technical: -4-6 years experience maintaining and/or modifying complex local area networks (LANs), to ensure system availability and functionality. -Familiar with the principles of ensuring systems backups and systems availability scheduling. -Monitors network capacity and performance. -Makes recommendations concerning projected micro resource requirements, including personnel, software, equipment, security and facilities. -Directs performance tuning and technology refreshment. -Provide technical direction -Must possess excellent Exchange 5.5, Windows NT and server skills in the areas of NS, Domain architecture, DNS and Wins. -A very strong comprehension of TCP/IP as it relates to Windows NT. -Good experience with NT Server Hardware specifically with Compaq Server Hardware. -Experience in NT Systems Management tools, ARCserve, Virus management. -Technical leadership skills within a large Exchange 5.5.
