Position : Hyperion Essbase Administrator
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6 Months
Description:
Integrate data into Hyperion cubes and help implement Hyperion planning
application
-Design and implement integration of data into existing cubes
-Administer and support Client Hyperion Essbase system 9
-Cube outline enhancements as per user new requirements
-Modify load and calc for new requirements
-Data load, user administration, troubleshooting of issues reported
-Establish Back-up procedure and restore as needed
-Manage Dev, QA, prod and DR environments
-Cube performance improvements by implementing partitions
-Work on Windows script and SQL Server ETL to transform data/automate loads
-System documentation
-Implement Hyperion Planning application: individual will be responsible to do
installation, set-up etc. from technology point of view. Business users will
drive the process, design and roll-out to users.
Experience should include:
-Hyperion Essbase System 9 experience a must
-5+ years of Hyperion Essbase Administration experience a must
-Successful implementation of Hyperion planning application
-Windows server experience a must
-SQL server 2000 and 2005 experience a big plus
-Financial Industry experience desired
-Must be prepared to work to meet support requirements early mornings.
