In depth understanding of client/server technologies, Citrix (helpful) and overall Windows/Intel/Networked environments*. Although a hands-on technical specialist is not a strict requirement, candidates should have more than a passing knowledge of these items. Individual will be providing some amount of application support – and will also be *instrumental in evaluating new technologies solutions and on-boarding new systems into the gro*up. This role requires an attitude of IT as a support service – there will be heavy customer engagement with a wide array of business partners from junior to the most senior. Expectation management and solicitation of customer feedback will be key.
