Below is the full job spec from the manager! *STRONG Oracle 9.9 or 10G LEAD person who has combo DBA and Dev skills.* *They must have Weblogic 8.5, 9 or higher version.* These people will be bridging between the Infrastracture DBA group and the Development teams and therefore need to have combo skills. The actual work is more DBA in nature and focus will be on Capacity planning, Performance Tuning, Setting up environments. They will be working w/ Development teams and must also have skills/knowledge. These people will be the "go to" tech experts. HANDS ON leads.
