Skills a must!* * * * * *Job Requirements:* * * *· **Minimum of 8-10 years of development and architecture experience and at least five years utilizing ETL in the high-level design and deployment of full lifecycle terabyte-sized data warehouses * *· **Prior lead experience* *· **Design, implement, and develop ETL processes against high-volume and complex data sources * *· **Extensive experience in estimating work efforts for complex projects* *· **Experience defining infrastructure integration components of a data warehouse and ensuring reliability and recovery capabilities for developing complex data warehouse systems * *· **Set and enforce ETL standards and architecture. * *· **Deep technical expertise in performance tuning (Server level, Database level and program level)* *· **Strong ETL and database technology skills: Ab Initio, Teradata, SQL* *· **M/F, Oracle, DB2 experience desired * *· **Demonstrated expertise in directing large-scale projects, including setting corporate strategy and ETL standards* *· **Ability to manage, mentor, and develop ETL staff * *· **Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * *· **BS degree (Computer Science concentration preferred) or equivalent experience required* *· **Knowledge of health care industry desired.* *· **Excellent facilitating, influencing and consultative skills; and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and opportunities * *· **Accuracy and attention to detail.* * * *This position will provide total Data Warehouse ETL and Technical Architecture designs solutions using Ab Initio and Oracle technology. Lead and mentor the ETL team in designing, developing, and delivering large scale multi-terabyte Data Warehousing solutions. Position will works closely with DBA, QA, BI, and other groups and will serve in a leadership capacity for strategic initiatives.
