1) Oracle Forms 10g has Higher importance among the skill listed below as there is an immediate need for this 2) Rate is Open, Keep it low, 3) Start time ~ in one month, if not sooner 4) Location: Rosslyn, VA Will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing maintenance and new development to the IT system developed by Northrop Grumman.Primary responsibilities focus on new full life cycle software development and maintenance of a multi-user client-server computer system recently extended to incorporate a multi-tier J2EE service-oriented architecture providing various web services. Immediate responsibilities will include enhancing and maintaining the existing systems as well as design, development, documentation and development of new applications and sub-systems. Will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, design, coding, unit and integration testing of software, and personal configuration management. Will be responsible for development of software design documentation and test scenarios. Will be expected to participate on software peer reviews. Requirements: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or technical science (e.g. Engineering). The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience, including experience in J2EE software systems, web services, and Oracle database technologies preferably hosted in a Unix SOLARIS environment. Must have knowledge of relational database concepts(i.e. ERDs) and experience programming in PL/SQL and Java. Additional skills in one or more of the following - XSLT, DHTML, XML, GML, Javascript, *Oracle Forms 10g*, Oracle 10g Object-Relational capabilities, Crystal Reports 11.0, Oracle SDO - are desired but not mandatory. Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customer contact and have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. Should have experience in requirements analysis, design, coding, unit and integration testing. Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
