They have reached the limits of Cold Fusion's capabilities and are migrating to PHP for additional development requirements. Need a PHP developer who can also maintain the Cold Fusion screens. Primary client system is an AS/400 so the screens may need to access data from the AS/400. Client has no full time programming staff. Will need to work with other consultants. CIO is very technical and has done much of the AS/400 development work personally. Need to work with users to define requirements and then work independently to develop work plans and execute them.
