Job Title: Load Test Engineer Location: Bay Area, CA. Duration: 6 Months. * * *Job Responsibilities:* Ø Understand SDLC Process, Performance & Load Testing. Ø Prepare Performance Testing Plan, Test Cases and strategy. Ø Collect requirements and coordinate load testing activities. Ø Develop, customize and execute LoadRunner scripts and scenarios using Web, Oracle NCA and other protocols. Ø Execute Load, Stress, Reliability and Latency tests. Ø Monitor the Applications, Web/App Servers, Memory, CPU and network performance issues during LT executions. Ø Analyzing and reporting the load test results with necessary graphs, reports and PPT presentations. Ø Provide on-call support for any urgent load testing requirements. Ø Coordinate with off-shore and onsite teams. *Job Requirements:** * Ø 5+ years experience on HP Load Runner tool. Ø Working knowledge of HP Quality Center, QTP tools. Ø Proven expertise in developing, debugging LR scripts using Web (Http/Html), Oracle NCA and other protocols. Ø Good knowledge in 'C', Java to customize Load Runner scripts. Ø Implement load testing plans, develop scripts, data and implement testing standards. Troubleshoot issues and report test results. Ø Understanding the critical business processes flow, dependencies and understand the data requirements. Ø Ability to understand the logical and physical architecture of the application. Ø Knowledge of SQL and Monitoring tools like Introscope, ITCam, and Auptyma is a plus. Ø Flexible to work with offshore teams. Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
