Should be RCP and Yantra experienced or RCP trained and Yantra experienced with at least 2 years of Yantra experience outside Staples projects. At least 1 full J2EE project life cycle experience with Java/J2EE background of 3+Years. Experience in implementing Java and J2EE Design Patterns and large scale integration is required.
