- ERP Simplifcation
- ERP Upgrade
- Oracle Service Contracts Re-engineering
Objectives
-Develop a strategy to upgrade our Oracle ERP environment to 11.5.10 or R
12.
- Identify a resolution for a variety of production problems within Oracle
Service Contracts module
- Reduce the number of customizations and re-implement the required
customizations using services instead of directly
The following outlines the skill and expertise required to fulfill the
engagement request:
Consultant
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic and tactical architectural planning
specifically in an Oracle ERP environment
- Upgrade experience from 11.5.9 and 11.5.0 for selected ERP modules over a
period of time (vs. all modules at once)
- Detailed hands-on experience with the 11.5.10 version of oracle
Detailed hands-on experience with the 11.5.10 version of oracle Service
contracts and installed Base modules and how they interact with the Oracle
Financial family pack and Order Management
- Hands on experience using services, preferably SOA, in an Oracle ERP
environment
- Participation in the clarification of functional requirement
sessions thru duration of engagement including assessment phase
