*Project Manager*

We are  seeking a *Project Manager *to join our New York City, NY team.**



*To be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following
skills and experience:*

* *

Master's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or a
baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of
experience.

5+ years using accepted project management methodologies and tools including
specific tools and techniques for scope, risk, and quality management as
well as for project tracking and reporting.

5+ years of hands-on, in-depth knowledge of HR, Benefits, Pension, Payroll,
and Labor Relations business processes required (knowledge of Civil service
and government HR a plus).

5+ years experience working on an enterprise wide project in a large scale
environment.

5+ years hands-on, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft methodology and
PeopleSoft HRMS functionality especially New Hire and Benefits
Administration functionality.

Understanding of PeopleSoft underlying technology including People Code,
People Tools, People Database, People Security, Application Engine,
Component Interface etc. (hands-on, in-depth knowledge required).

Experience in a mainframe environment utilizing the following:  TSO, ISPF,
COBOL, C, DB2 and / or IMS is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict management.
Strong oral and written communications including high-end presentation
skills. Strong team building and team facilitation skills.

Strong understanding of standard SDLC methodologies



*Candidates with the following desirable experience will be considered
first:*



Experience working within a matrix environment.

Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and
organizational skills.

Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil
service environment.
