This is a *long term contract position*. The Hourly rate is DOE.
*Minimum Requirements:*
Skills/Experience
5+ Years: General IT experience
3+ Years: Oracle 9i or later
3 + Years: Oracle 9i PL-SQL or later
2 Years: Experience with ASP, VB, XML, XSD, XSLT and HTML
2 + Years: Knowledge of IIS Web Services
Strong: Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
and negotiating ability.
Strong: Technical documentation skills in IT application development.
Strong: Experience analyzing problems and developing solutions.
Strong: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
with peers, users, technical staff and management;
Strong: Ability to manage work time efficiently to complete multiple
assignments within designated time periods
