*Position Type *Full-Time, Employee *Experience *7-10 Years Experience *Desired Education Level *BS/MS Electrical Engineering *Position *Manager, Product/Test Required Skills * Have demonstrated strength with analog circuits * 7-10 yrs of experience in semiconductor product engineering * Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication (CMOS) * Strong bench skills * In-depth knowledge of IC test techniques * Knowledge of trim techniques * Strong understanding of packaging processes and device performance * Ability to utilize statistical data analysis methods to solve product manufacturing problems * Prior knowledge of failure analysis and micro-probing * Good communication skills (verbal and written) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Covers all aspects of New Product Development and work with Test Engineer to * Support package selection and drive package design closure * Develop and Manage bench-to-tester correlation * Multi temperature characterization, latch-up and ESD validation * Set data sheet specification based on process capability, test systems limitations and characterization data * Ensure efficient factory operations by enhancing wafer sort and final test yields. * Support and resolve customers' issues and product problems in conjunction with applications engineering. * Serve as a resource with design, process, packaging, test, and quality as the products move to high volume * Capable to work independently and in collaborations with other disciplines Manage Product & Test Engineering Activities to assist in the design of Automated Test Equipment hardware with component-level circuits and develop automated test system software for our analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Early participation in DFT/ DFM activities with design and application team to device Test-strategy and implementation of new silicon characterization and debug.
