o Strategic thinker in the field of Change Management.

o Experience with *CM related to Microsoft product roll-outs preferred. *

o Provide knowledge transfer for customers on effecting organizational and

Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description: *

·        *Develop or modify performance measures to support new processes,
including creating standard operating procedures, position descriptions and
performance measurement criteria. *

·        *Developing of scope documents, project plans and regular status
reports. *

·        *Ability to facilitate meetings and interviews with stakeholders. *

·        *Ability to communicate with top-level management to explain
project progress and pro's and con's of necessary project decisions. *

·        *Assist Project Manager in determining project scope, monitoring
milestones, and managing risks and issues. *

·        *Strong communication skills. Written and oral. *

·        *Proactively support knowledge sharing across project teams. *

·        *Manage day-to-day individual workload. *

·        *Help establish and maintain project repositories. *

·        *Assist in the training and communication deliverables. *

·        *Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills drive
for results-the inclination and desire to achieve goals and objectives. *

·        *Excellent written and communication skills, attention to detail,
and critical-thinking skills. *

·        *Organized, structured work style; analytical skill set, execution
orientation. *

·        *High energy level, enthusiastic, flexible and collaborative. *

·        *Self starter/self motivated, proactive. Able to quickly learn the
business. *

·        *PC and MS application proficiency especially related to Word,
Excel, PPT, Project, and Visio*.
