There is a possibility for more than 40 hours a week later in the project. REQUIREMENTS: · Extensive knowledge and experience with Essbase · Skilled in calc-script development in native Essbase or MDX. · Strong background in the definition of detailed logical and physical relational data models and multi-dimensional data models for major business applications. · Experience in SQL, MVS/XA, data security, data conversion, user query administration, Client/Server architecture and database design. · Possesses an extensive background in Essbase database management, calculation script development and tuning activities, production troubleshooting, and exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Demonstrates strong project leader capabilities. · Experience in provided database administration and design services by developing and maintaining relational and multi-dimensional database architectures for project activities · Manage and implemente the application development of a system that reconciled the best practices of nine separate applications and delivered a consistent, homogenous operational and decision support system to branch and area offices across the country. · Performed extensive application and system tuning, capacity planning and reporting on several DBMS platforms.
