They will be using the Oracle Suite for Financials, ERP, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management. They are using Seibel for their Customer Relationship Management. They are currently focusing on implementing Oracle Financials R12-the go live date is January 1st. They will be implementing Order Management and HR after that. IBM and Oracle consultants are currently working on project but they need to add consultants to the team based upon the work load. *Technical Environment:* CRM Application- Siebel Oracle Applications-11i Business Suite- currently going through R12 upgrade Platform- UNIX, Linux. Database-Oracle 10g, RAC environment. *Interview process:* 1st phase- phone screen- with the VP (if candidates are out of state, he is willing to hire over the phone) 2nd phase- in person interview- Half day- person will meet with multiple team members *1. Oracle Systems Analyst (ERP)-* *3-4 month assignment*- *may be willing to consider candidates that are interested in Contract to Perm*. *Rate is still being solified: Quote Competitive.* *Primary Responsibility: * Review, analyze, and modify programs including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's ERP application. Person will consult with end users to identify current operating procedures, outline required changes and carry out tasks to implement changes. Person may be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the work of others. *Qualifications/Additional Skills:* · B.S. or B.A required, preferred in Computer Science or related field. · 6-8 years of experience with the implementation of large scale ERP applications that include customer contact centers, sales, marketing and customer analysis. · 4 + years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferable version 11 or newest version R12. · 4 + years experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite applications with business and partner applications. · Excellent understanding on financial operations. · Maintain, create and change accountant tools (i.e. reports, queries, etc.), such as new transportation entity, purchases, construction, sales, reorganization, etc · Support for reporting tools and processes for financial reporting internal/external, accounting department process owners and senior management · Monitor system processes and entries for accuracy · Development of ad-hoc reports for management · Detailed work on financial reporting process · Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills · Ability to work in team-oriented environment. · Ability to work in matrix managed environment · Ability to influence and lead others (i.e. Project Manager and project teams) · Demonstrated logic and programming knowledge with tools such as Java, VB, etc. · Proven analytical skills · Strong customer service orientation. · Knowledge of business process development and improvement *2. Oracle Implementation Lead-* *Contract length is 3-4 months with option to hire if candidate is interested in long term opportunities; perm salary range $110-120K. * * (This is a Sr. Lead Role); need SOLID candidates; bill rate $55/HR* Person will be responsible for implementation of Oracle eBusiness suite (configuration) modules of Order Management (OM), eCommerce, INV, PO, AR, and EDI would be a plus. If they have experience with GL and AP that is a plus. HR experience would lengthen the need for the consultant. Keep in mind, they are a startup, they do not have a lot of data conversion but could do some manual data entry. *3.
