*Location: DC* *Duration: 6 Months* *Billing rate: $50/hr* *Java Swing Developer (large scale)* The *Risk Management Applications Group (RMA)* supports *Capital Markets Strategy(CMS) *in developing applications that measure risk and return on the client portfolio including *interest rate risk and credit risk*. This includes attribution of risk and return. The developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the front end for an application *called PRiMA. *PRiMA is the end user application for the above platforms. The front end is coded in Java Swing and interacts with a J2EE server for run/resource related operations. This position requires extensive experience in user interface design and development including a very good knowledge of intuitive layout/presentation. *This position requires :* 7+ years of UI development *including 3+ years of Java swing development. * Extensive Experience with *GUI layout/presentation design. ** *Knowledge of *J2EE components including servlets, EJB etc*.
