Please submit your BEST people only! *Resource Skills Requirements for HIPAA 5010 Implementation* 1. HIPAA 5010 knowledge 2. HIPAA 4010A experience 3. National Council of Prescription Drugs (NCPDP) version D0 knowledge 4. Prior experience with National Council of Prescription Drug Program (NCPDP) for Retail Pharmacy transactions 5. Prior experience with NCPDP Medicaid Subrogation for Pharmacy Claims 6. HIPAA EDI transactions experience 7. System implementation experience 8. Testing methodology experience – development of plan, schedule, test scenarios, results documentation (System, User, Global Certification) 9. Business Analysis – ability to gather, clarify, and document requirements of project, as well as assist in implementation of requirements 10. Ability to drive for results 11. Ability to learn and retain knowledge 12. Ability to deal with ambiguity 13. Ability to ask questions and look for answers if everything is not self-explanatory – thinking outside the box for solutions 14. Analytical skills 15. Attention to detail 16. Ability to provide status updates through documentation and/or meetings 17. Gap analysis experience – perform and document 18. Conversant in EDI related management software such as X12 Transaction Mapper 19. Technical background in software troubleshooting 20. Experience in technical writing and software documentation 21. Ability to critically read documents, interpret and draw conclusions 22.
