Tasks will include, but are not limited to, various database queries using testing tools (Test Director), time-tracking tools (Prism), and metrics tools, Excel and others. Identify and develop data collection strategies to support reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure Commissions QC end products and results. Perform data analytics and interpretation and translation of data into actionable findings for Commissions QC management.
