Description: I can't even begin to emphasize enough how important the communication skills are. I'm only interested in candidates with *verbal communication skills that are PERFECT (10/10).* *Must have over 5 years of testing experience.* *Experience with commercial software releases and windows client-server architecture.* *Other than that, I'm looking for the basic QA Lead – **very skilled with Quality Center**, has written several test strategies/plans, understands test prioritization, great communicator, and has recently executed manual tests in Quality Center. Must also have **QTP experience**.* Pay rate is max of 50/hr. 6 month duration We Need a *Test Lead who can coach and mentor a John Deere employee on how to be an effective Team lead. In order to do this, they need to be a great communicator and have good relationship building and mentoring skills. In addition, this person will assist with creating test strategies, doing requirements, and executing tests. They need great people and communication skills. They need to be willing to work with others to grow and improve things here using great communication skills.
