*Senior SAP Basis Administrator with CRM 2007 upgrade experience.*

* *

*Upgrade CRM 2007 experience is required. *

* *

*If this skill set is not on the resume, it will be declined*

*This position will be responsible for providing support for the SAP
environments in the 1UP project landscape. *

*• Perform upgrade of CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 using minimized downtime approach.
*

*• Perform Basis support functions including participating in support
rotation & monitoring the Basis mailbox.*

*• Participate in PepsiCo's technical cutovers & go-lives throughout the
various phases of the project.*

*• Perform system builds as needed.*

*• Assist the Basis team in other SAP system builds as necessary.*

*• Install support packs as needed.*

*• Participate in Mock cutover builds.*

*• Participate in Proof of Concept system builds as needed.*

*• Assist in troubleshooting of Basis-related issues.*

*• Partner with the hardware team, cutover team and other functional &
process teams to ensure successful implementation of Basis components.*

*• Work with and assist middleware staff. *

* *

*Skill Sets*

* *

*• Experience in CRM 2007 upgrade.*

*• Minimum 7 years expereince in Basis Administration.*

*• Solid Basis skills – SAP software installation, upgrade, maintenance,
support. Performance tuning, TMS, client copies, system cloning.*

*• Strong expertise in TMS component.*

*• Expertise in Oracle RDBMS for troubleshooting, instance renames, and
backup and recovery.*

*• Experience working in an HP-UX operating environment.*

*• Ability to work independently.*

*• Ability to resolve complex Basis issues.*

*• Independently track progress on system activities.*

*• Take corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule.*

*• Independently measure progress and report results to Basis leadership.*

*• Ability to build relationships with team members and project
stakeholders.*

*• Written and verbal communication skills.*
*• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure project delivery team*
