The resources will have knowledge of RUP and system development life-cycle , experience writing test cases and scenarios, experience in managing test data banks, knowledge of appropriate testing life-cycle: unit testing, string testing, system testing, integration testing, performance testing, load testing, user acceptance testing and understanding of regression testing, knowledge of different testing approaches (white box, black box). Also the resources will have experience with testing tools, such as Mercury WinRunner, Mercury LoadRunner, and Rational ClearQuest.
