Requirements: * 4 year degree from an accredited college. * 3+ years experience as a business analyst in a large enterprise environment. * Must have strong facilitation skills. * Proven ability to interface with business users and understand their requirements. * Proven ability to document business requirements and translate those requirements for the IT staff. * Proven ability to document process flows. * Must have strong communication and "people" skills. * Must be proficient in developing Use Cases. Must provide sample of prior work. * Experience with Siebel 8. * Experience in insurance or financial industry a big plus.
