• Three to five years of experience in a corporate IT litigation or regulatory discovery environment. • Three to five years of experience interacting with corporate legal regarding corporate records management, litigation, or regulatory discovery, legal hold, electronic collection procedures, disaster recovery, business continuity, etc. • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Working knowledge and experience with leading software applications used in the management of electronic records, such as e-mail technologies, e-mail archiving, enterprise database technologies, network infrastructure standards, document management, information security standards, electronic records management technologies, digital rights technologies, etc. • Working knowledge of SOX and corporate compliance and audit technologies and practices. • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate with a variety of management and non-management employees. • Technology, information security, or other related certifications preferred.
