• Five+ years of management experience in a firm-wide records program
• Experience with and knowledge of mainstream email archive, document
management, records management, litigation support and compliance
applications
• Experience collaborating with IT regarding the collection and protection
of electronic records responsive to discovery requests
• Bachelors or advanced degree in records management, library science,
information management or related discipline
• Certified Records Management designation required.
Knowledge and Skills Inventory:
• Working knowledge of the complete records lifecycle
• Working knowledge of legal holds
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance
• Working knowledge of conflicts and new business intake processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
collaborate with a variety of management and non-management employees
required
• Implementation project management experience
• SQL scripting skills (not absolutely necessary but extremely beneficial)
• Law Firm business process knowledge.
