Description   PeopleSoft Developer
Minimum of 5 years experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HR and
Payroll and modules Applications for HRMS Implementation projects.
PeopleSoft HCM technical development (SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PS Batch
scheduling, Component Interface, Application Engine).
PS version 8.9 experience required.
PeopleSoft Global experience a plus.
Report Development (Query, Crystal, and SQR Development)
Web Services and SOAP, including XML, XSD, and XSL/T a plus
Working knowledge of J2EE architecture including Servlets/JSP, EJB, JDBC,
JMS a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle and/or other leading RDMBS
Experience building scalable, highly available, mission critical
applications
Experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming methods
Experience with and strong understanding of SOA & application/enterprise
architecture concepts, standards, patterns, and best practices

Strong Business Analysis background
Solid development and functional skills in order to participate in design
and development of bolt-on pages & components is preferred.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
