Description we are recruiting for their client in Cincinnati, Ohio for a contractor through June, 2009 to provide for multiple application servers and development environments. This includes problem resolution, change management, 24x7 on-call support for production servers, operations turnover support, server installation and maintenance, and performance and tuning. ** This consultant will also: Maintain/modify applications software component. Monitor applications programs. Monitor/Capacity/Performance. Plan/evaluate hardware/software. Directs performance tuning. Provides technical direction. Provides excellent customer service. Interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential. ** Description: Perform administration, support, and deployment services related to various web sites and web based applications, as directed. This resource will work on a full time basis, plus pre-approved overtime as required, to meet the demands of the business.
