We are looking for someone to augment our Collaboration and Desktop
engineering staff.
*Duties:*
- Assist in the analysis, design, management and maintenance of our:
- intranet infrastructure
- extranet applications
- Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS)
- Live Communication Server
- Analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain software related to
SCJ's interactive technologies and infrastructure.
- Monitors daily operations to ensure reliability and the fulfillment of
user needs
- Plans rollout and upgrades of web infrastructure programs
- Provides level 3 support to resolve complex issues
- Provides support to resolve issues of varying complexity.
- Coordinates with other TDS teams to implement programs
*Skills:*
- Experience in Web infrastructure development and maintenance ( MS
Server 2003, IIS6, IE6, IE7)
- Experience with Live Communication Server 2005 and Office Communication
Server 2007 infrastructure
- Experience of deploying, migrating and managing Sharepoint technologies
and other Microsoft collaboration tools ( including Office) on enterprise
level scale
- Experience with applications development and proficiencies in at least
2 programming languages. Visual Basic and/or VB Script preferred.
- Excellent verbal and writing presentation skills
- Project Management expertise
- Proven QA/Testing management abilities
- A proven skill-set that includes a wide breadth of infrastructure
related technologies (OS, e-mail, applications, networking, Web, handheld
computing, hardware, video conferencing, firewalls, ODBC, printers, Instant
Messaging. Database, remote connectivity, SAP, Group Policy)
- Deep knowledge of networking technologies (TCP IP, SSL)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude in a team
environment.
