Required Skills:
1. Hands on experience in Flex and RIA technology
2. Development experience especially with Layout, grid components, data
mapping techniques & Modular loading
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience with following mandatory skills;
a. Front end UI design & development.
b. Good with liquid design & cross browser compatibility
c. Skilled at data formatting, styles using XML & XSL. Strong
knowledge of XSL
d. Event based object oriented scripting knowledge including PAGE BUS
e. Good Java skills. Good J2EE skills
f. Development experience of web based application. Knowledge of
WebLogic server.
4. Following skills will be preferred;
a. Performance Tuning
b. Database knowledge
c. Sequel knowledge.
