All employee Team members participate in a 24x7 on-call Production support rotation. An emerging responsibility of the Team is to provide Leadership and consulting to other Technology Teams and Business groups at SWA that could benefit from rules-based technology. The Team consists of 10-12 experienced developers and 1-2 PM/BAs. The primary focus of the Team is the development of Complex Event Processing (CEP) rules-driven applications in support of various Business functions at SWA. Primary toolset at this time is TIBCO Business Events, Business Works, Gaphical Interface, and Java.
