Thanks Role: Remedy Developer Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 Months Job Description Thorough knowledge of Remedy ARS development environment for v7.1 or higher (Remedy API is a plus) - Minimum of 4 years Remedy development experience - Disciplined approach to Remedy Object identification and configuration control - (Version Control) including knowledge of Remedy Migrator (experience with IBM Rational ClearCase is a plus) - Ability to translate requirements into a well architected/integrated Remedy solution - Working knowledge of the Remedy ITSM 7 suite of applications, such as Problem, Incident, Service Request, Change and Asset management, etc. - Experience with AIX/UNIX platforms (IBM DB2 skills are a plus) - Experience with web skills - Remedy Mid-tier running on IBM WebSphere - Self-starter with ability to get work done independently - ITIL Foundation concepts for CMDB, Problem, Incident and Service Request management.
