Senior SAP HR consultant Personnel Time Management & Time Evaluation
Location:  St. Louis MO

Target Start Date:  02/06/08

Duration:  6 months

Cost Rate Ceiling:  $50/hr



Job Responsibilities:

   - More than 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM
   Time Management.
   - Hands-on configuration experience in all integrated components of
   Personnel Time Management including:

o         HR Enterprise Hierarchy and Personnel Subarea Groupings Work
schedules, Public Holidays & Plant Calendars.

o         Time Recording, Personal Calculation Rules and Time Events.

o         Quota Accruals and Deduction Rules.

o         Time Wage Types, Schemas, Features and Overtime Rules and
Calculations including Custom Rules & Operations.

o         Substitution, Availability, Time Transfer Specifications and Quota
Corrections Infotypes

o         Time Pair Formation, Time Accounts, Messages, Clusters, Leave
Accruals and Leave Requests.

o         Interfacing 3rd Party Time Recording devices, configuration of
Time Manager's Workplace.

o         CATS GUI, ESS/MSS-CATS or CATS for Service Providers.

o         ESS/MSS CATS Approval/Rejection. ESS and MSS Leave Overview, Leave
Request Workflow.

·          Completed at least two full life-cycles of an implementation
project

SAP ECC 6.0 and Enterprise Portal 6.0



Skill Sets Needed:

·          SAP HCM Time Management, SAP Time Evaluation.

·          SAP ESS and MSS Functional and Technical skills including custom
iViews.
·          HR Time Management ESS/MSS Business Workflow technical skills
including Standard and custom workflow development
