*1. **MUST have 8+ years of functional and technical experience
implementing, supporting & analyzing e-Recruiting 6.0 *
*2. **Experience in the HR/Payroll modules *
*3. **Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 implementation and functional
requirements *
*4. **MUST have minimum Two complete Public School System e-Recruitment
implementation experience *
*5. **Excellent experience of ABAP Object, Business Server Pages, ABAP
Web Dynpro, Workflow, Smartform*
*6. **Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate
effectively *
*7. **Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical
expertise to a variety of business and technical partners *
8. *Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively*
