Candidates must be local to nearby to NJ!! Description: Programmer is responsible for requirement analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of application code. Provide guidance to junior level developer on team for case management system for Vocational Rehabilitation Complete Description: Years of Relevant Experience: 3 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Programmer required to review use cases and other functional artifacts. Work with business and technical lead to interpret the requirements into design specifications. Coordinate work efforts with other team members. Prepare status report for project lead. Prepare time estimates for project related tasks and track own work schedule. Knowledge of relational databases and procedure language particularly Oracle 10g and PL SQL. Knowledge of current industry standards for oracle web application. Must have strong communication skills both written and oral.
