Responsibilities should include Design, Installations, Upgrades, Migration, Patching, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning, Backups, Storage Management, Network Administration and Security Administration. ***Experience providing 7*24 production support to highly sensitive mission critical environments from AIX, HPUX, and Solaris Experience installing and configuring and supporting HACMP 4.X and 5.X clusters. Cluster configurations with 2 nodes and up to 5 node configurations depending upon project requirements. Experience in designing and implementing MCSG clusters both using HP9000 and Itanium based systems is a plus ***Experience in Planning and Implementing Disaster Recovery solution. Participated in DR Drills. ***Expertise in Performance Tuning. Tuned OS (Kernel, I/O, Memory, Processor). Network (Packet size, TCP/IP tuning, Network Routing, Duplexing). TSM Performance Tuning Also has strong experience with Database and Application tuning. ***Strong experience with OS Upgrades and Patch management. Upgraded AIX 4.33 to AIX 5L v5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 6.1. Upgraded HACMP v4.5 to 5.2 and HPUX 10.x to 11.x ***Experience with Strict Change Control/Change Management procedures and policies as laid down by the Organization. Followed ITIL Standards and used ARS for the same. ***Expereince with Writing Standard Operating Procedure Manuals, Technical manuals, User Guides and Training Manuals. ***Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
