SAP CRM Technical Lead Consultant
Currently we are looking for SAP CRM Technical Lead Consultant.
The skills and experience required to be considered for this position
include:
* Required exp in: CRM 2006s/2007 or 7.0 Web UI experience. Clear
understanding of IC Web framework in previous CRM releases.
* At least 3-4 full cycle CRM implementation and should have played a lead
role in at least 1-2 implementations. Good understanding of 2-3 of the CRM
modules (Sales/ Service/ Marketing/ TPM/ Channel Management etc.)
* Good experience in BSP technologies, and IC Web framework
In depth knowledge and experience in ABAP / OO ABAP, BADI & Action framework
* Optional knowledge of Enterprise Portal
* Good knowledge and at least one implementation experience of CRM
Middleware
* Should be able clearly understand the business requirements, compile
Technical
Design documents, participate in technical workshop and analyze technical
issue to arrive at right solution.
* Good understanding of any of the CRM modules: Sales/ Service/ Marketing.
* Good Understanding of Workflow and smartforms
Role Description:
As a Technical Lead: the candidate will be responsible for:
* Conducting technical design workshops with business and functional team
members.
* Understand requirements to contribute in the workshops & meetings when
technical inputs required.
* Should guide and lead other team members to deliver the solution with
right approach given the choice of numerous solution approaches.
* Should take the responsibility of technical deliverables for the
development enhancements.
* Should architect & design solution for different enhancements by
categorizing the enhancements accordingly (E.g. right BADI/User
Exits/Smartform/Workflow/Middleware or UI level enhancement).
* Should perform and guide other team members in CRM Web UI related
enhancements.
* Involve in various Design, solution, Reviews and meetings and write
documents as required.
* Should be able to perform few small functional Configurations as required.
* Should be ready to handle custom Development in ABAP/OO ABAP/BSP, Web UI,
Workflow and Smartforms
* Should learn continuously to keep up with the new SAP releases and project
requirements
* Conduct and direct other junior members to conduct Knowledge sharing
sessions
