Ø 6-8 years in IT application support positions with high-level problem solving and technical project management experience. Ø Ability to solve problems quickly, automate processes, prior experience in leading technical peers, and contributing to planning and technical design. Ø Demonstrates in depth and broad range knowledge of multiple application toolsets. Ø Requires certification in current industry development tools and standards Ø Administration, configuration, design of the Globalization management system (GMS), SupportSoft content management and Chat Systems Ø *Requires knowledge of Idiom world server 8.x, Weblogic 8.x, JBOSS, Systran, MS SQL 2005 and higher. * *Responsibilities:* Ø Supports design, programming or testing of one or more applications. Ø Responsible for maintaining multiple applications or several areas within a single application. Ø References and understands application and system documentation to support design, testing or programming efforts without assistance from more experienced IT specialists. Ø Develops new documentation as necessary. Ø Develops multiple areas of expertise in installation, design, configuration or specialized testing. Ø Applies knowledge of the users' operations, integration into IT standards and processes, and specialized training in the applications' use. Ø Provides and acts on feedback for possible improvements. Ø Assists with the support of less experienced team members. Ø May lead a team of individuals. Ø Maintains certification in industry standard toolsets. Ø Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and often performs project leadership role. Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.
