**The CRM applications division is in search of a functional leader for a
6-9 month engagement to manage a project team that is responsible for
identifying and consolidating key marketing data and process from multiple
legacy system.
The candidate must have functional hands on experience designing and
implementing custom marketing databases/marts or customer centric systems
through the consolidation of multiple legacy IT platforms.
Candidates must have a proven history of establishing the data foundation
that is required to maintain a centralized contact history, fulfillment and
response history environment that can support a world class campaign
management process.
**
ü *The best candidate will have demonstrated success running data
integration projects that had team members utilizing ETL tools such as Data
Stage, working with data warehouse technology such as TeraData and
integrating with fulfillment vendors such as DoubleClick or Cheetah Mail. *
ü A functional lead performs most complex systems process analysis,
design, and simulation across multiple platforms and/or cross-function in
business areas
ü Performs process improvement and re-engineering, with an
understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the
current and future business environment
ü Demonstrates expert understanding of potential functional design
issues by suggesting alternatives
ü Assesses the organizational and customer implications of new
functional designs to ensure consistency with the development strategy
ü Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and
experience; Graduate degree preferred
ü *Approximately 10-12 years experience in related field *
