SAP HR/Payroll Project Lead Locations: Columbia, South Carolina Duration: 1 year (12 months with 6 month optional renewal) Project Type: Contract Number of Positions: 1 Start Date: 2/27/09 Submission Deadline: End of Business 2/16/09 Purpose: The client is looking for a SAP Project Consultant to serve as project lead for a successful implementation of the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll SAP modules. The client will implement the Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Payroll Administration, Time Management and Travel Management functional areas of the HR/Payroll SAP system and must integrate with the existing benefits legacy system. Responsibilities • Provide HR/Payroll project leadership, functional and technical consulting services related to the design, development, testing and on-going maintenance of HR/Payroll SAP software at the agency level. • Provide the SCDHHS HR Director with a written business plan for the integrated implementation of the SAP HR/Payroll software. • Work independently with a high level of discretion and business savvy and must be held accountable for meeting project deadlines. Requirements • 8+ Years of SAP HR/Payroll module experience. • At least 1 prior SAP State Government implementation of SAP in a team lead, project lead, or project manager capacity. • At least 3 prior full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementations in the public sector. • Prior experience leading analysis of "As-Is" business processes, and integration of "To-Be" process flows in a HR/Payroll SAP implementation. • Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills. *Skills Matrix (Please provide your number of years of experience in each of the following)* Years of SAP HR/Payroll integration experience.
