The Systems Analyst III will provide analysis necessary to complete project
deliverables required by the analysis, design and construction phases of
this project, and will deliver project deliverables that include, but are
not limited to, system requirements, functional specification, construction
and test strategy, test plan and test cases, training strategy, and an
implementation plan.
*REQUIREMENTS: *
System Analyst III
Advanced IBM/FileNet P8 platform (version 3.5 or higher) & capable of
documenting all efforts related to work performed.
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles & software technologies.
*DESIRED: *
Fujitsu Macroscope sw development lifecycle deliverables, including System
Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Specifications, Construction &
Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, & Implementation Plan.
DOORS: requirement management tool
Capturing & defining system requirements
Government agency processes used to deliver transportation improvement
projects
*ADDITIONAL NOTES: *
The client uses a requirements management tool called DOORS. It is desirable
that the Contractor uses this tool to document and manage requirements as
part of this project. If the Contractor is not familiar with DOORS, then
Contractor will be expected to document requirements in a way that can be
easily copied or imported into DOORS.
Hours: Will generally be 40 hours per week.
