organizational savvy, and initiative are critical to the success of these
roles



Description:



The CRM BSA will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and
launching complex, cross application, cross functional, global, SAP based
CRM solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance the value of
SAP CRM. Responsibilities will also include driving key Enhancements to the
current CRM applications.

Duties include developing a strong partnership with his or her business
owners in order to understand the strategic direction, business processes
and business needs of the business areas. Business areas to be supported
could include Customer Care and Technical Support, Sales Force Automation or
other CRM areas. Further duties are analyzing business requirements,
assisting with cost/benefit analysis, proposing solutions, negotiating
options, creating functional requirements, coordinating development efforts,
coordinating with the Infrastructure teams, configuring SAP, creating test
plans/scripts, performing integration testing, coordinating User Acceptance
Testing and providing documentation and handoff to the Support team. Some
project management of small or medium projects will be expected. Some third
level application support will also be expected. The Sr. BSA will work
closely with the business throughout the entire lifecycle of a project to
ensure the project's successful conclusion. This individual will apply
proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help maximize
the benefit of SAP CRM in the client's environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

· The successful candidate will have a Bachelor degree (or equivalent
experience) and 10+ years of experience implementing, enhancing and
supporting CRM Call Center and Sales Force Automation applications. At least
2 of which are supporting SAP CRM application.

· The specific areas of CRM expertise sought for this position are in Sales
Force Automation and Call Center. Knowledge and experience in any major Call
Center applications is a strong plus and in SAP Interaction Center (IC web
client 4.0 or 5.0) is a must.

· Knowledge in the consumer support model as well as in enterprise support
model is a plus (should at least exposed to one of the business model).

· Must understand enterprise sales cycle.

· The CRM BSA will have a proven success record designing and implementing
complex projects, upgrades and enhancements.

· Also required are the ability to work without direct supervision, ability
to conceptualize and think creatively, critical thinking ability, excellent
interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, leadership
capabilities, and good facilitation and negotiation skills.
