*Required Skills:*
(1) *10+* years experience in Relational database design and administration
(2) Experience with *Oracle 10g RAC* and *9i*, with special emphasis on data
modeling, data analysis and deployment of databases
(3) Strong Erwin skills, including *ModelMart* experience
(4) Experience with logical and physical design and administration of
multiple Oracle databases for both real-time and batch applications; design
experience should include *VLDB* - Very Large Data Bases - (100+ tables, 1
TB or larger) and table partitioning experience.
(5) *7-10* years experience with applications analysis and design
(5) Knowledge and practical experience of applications development in a
distributed database environment
(6) Ability to provide design alternatives to proposed processes as needed
(7) Experience with queries tuning and performance monitoring
(8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, & excellent
analytical skills
(9) Must be self motivated and have the ability to work as part of a group,
or at times, independently
(10) *UNIX shell scripting*
