*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* *DUTIES >> Implementation Manager:* Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, management and implementation of complex and cross-functional integration project. Scope of integration includes implementation of SAP, integration with treasury systems and financial reporting consolidation. This position will be responsible for managing the implementation of both systems changes and business process changes. Manages multiple projects simultaneously. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community and business community to ensure project is delivered on time and with quality. SKILLS >> Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools. Also understands human resources policies and practices and change management techniques. EDUCATION >> Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Project Management certificate may be required.
