At least 5 years experience in web development using Microsoft technologies. At least 3 years experience in understanding relational database models and developing database queries in PL/SQL (using Oracle 9i or higher). At least 3 years experience in Visual Studio 2003 or 2005 C# programming. At least 2 years experience in developing .Net Web Services. At least 2 years experience in developing .Net Remoting architectures. At least 2 years experience in developing ASP.NET web applications. At least 2 years experience working with XML and XSLT. At least 2 years experience in developing and utilizing XML Schemas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and effectively convey them to technical or non-technical co-workers. Preferred .NET developer skills and experience: Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft SourceSafe 1 year experience in .NET 2.0 and/or 3.0 application development NUnit, AJAX Experience with knowledge transfer. Clearly communicating technical and functional requirements and processes to technical staff and/or business staff. Thorough working knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects. Experience developing database queries in PL/SQL (using Oracle 9i or higher). Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions). Strong business and systems analysis skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures. Ability to understand, translate and document all business and user requirements. Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment. Critical thinker with excellent problem solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise. Works well in and supports a distributed team environment and is adaptive to changes in methodologies and technologies.
