Experience with bank regulators and audit scope 1. Experience writing or managing to regulated (banking) institutions, such as prior compliance or examination/auditing work 2. Ability to interpret existing policies, identify gaps in current state and appropriate regulatory source materials 3. Effective written communication and editing skills applied to bank policy documents, either from scratch or to enhance existing documents 4. Ability to gather requirements from multiple sources including business subject matter experts 5. Ability to modify information to conform to corporate standards or models 6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, work well in a team and meet deadlines *Serves as the highest level of technical expert within technical writing by directing and managing technical writing projects*. May act as a first-level supervisor in evaluating lower level staff's performance. Responsible for preparing and reviewing text for printed and on-line manuals and related technical documentation, and is accountable for ensuring all written text is complete and accurate. Applies an understanding of customer requirements and the end-users' level of technical aptitude when writing/editing documentation. May serve as a team lead/technical expert for a project section or entire project. Interviews developers and other experts to understand design and test specifications, diagrams, and schematics. Has thorough understanding of technical concepts required for specialized field. Uses that knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems. Provides work leadership to others. Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction. *BS and 8 + years * *Competencies: * 1)Ability to serve as a team lead, supervise, and manage projects effectively 2)Ability to understand the customer's technical requirements translate their requirements into technical documentation 3)Excellent written communication skills in relation to technical documentation 4)Expert knowledge of technical platforms and development life cycles.
