Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: Milford, CT



·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Management or related experience

·         5-7 years experience in business process analysis

·         Multiple Full Lifecycle implementations

·         Experience with ITIL standards and SDLC practices

·         Project management training required, certification preferred

·         Excellent organization, analysis, and project management skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience with project documentation including business
requirements, process flows, QA test plans and end user documentation

·         Enterprise level systems experience – Siebel Application, Siebel
Analytics,

·         Oracle Leasing, SAP Financial and Supply Chain, and WebMethods is
preferred

·         Knowledge of and experience with formal software quality assurance
techniques, including 3+ years experience as strong hands-on Business or
Technical data analyst gathering requirements, delivering project scoping
and implementing solutions.

·         Experience in preparing UML Use Case Diagrams to outline Business
Process Scenarios

·         Extensive experience and understanding of one or more of the
following

o       end-to-end standard enterprise processes:

o       Design to Launch

o       Campaign to Quote

o       Order to Cash

o       Contract to Renewal

o       Install to Retention

o       Acquire to Retire

o       Procure to Pay

o       Planning and Budgeting

o       Record to Report

o       Hire to Exit
