Process Production changes via authorized change process. Analyze business production requirements, develop and implement scheduling solutions based on specs provided. Perform complex scheduling modifications as required to improve and optimize the process. Perform problem determination and resolutions - (Root Cause analysis) Perform application testing to ensure maximum efficiency prior to production promotion. Attend weekly change meetings, Project Meetings, Maintain and Develop Standards and Procedures Documentation. Troubleshoot scheduling errors; identify redundant processes or tasks and look for ways to automate. Must be customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, Have the ability to relay technical issues to non-technical staff , Assist junior staff members Participate in new client initiatives; Disaster Recovery Tests as scheduled, perform other related duties as assigned, Weekend work may be required.
